A curated collection of new experiences, where longevity-inspired wellness, contemporary gastronomy and an exclusive Presidential Suite with a breathtaking rooftop overlooking the Duomo come together to create an unparalleled stay.
October 20, 2026: Less than a year after joining the portfolio of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, the prestigious Portuguese brand within Minor Hotels, Tivoli President Milano, a recently renovated five-star hotel in the heart of the city on Largo Augusto, continues to elevate its positioning through a series of new experiences focused on wellness, gastronomy and high-end hospitality.
Chief among the hotel’s new additions is the Tivoli Wellness Club, a space devoted entirely to restoring body and mind, conceived as an oasis of wellbeing in the heart of Milan. The wellness area features a modern wet area with sauna and steam room, an elegant relaxation area and a treatment room for face and body treatments. The centerpiece of the club is the new Longevity Suite, a space designed to support physical and mental recovery and to encourage a lifestyle centered on wellbeing and longevity, equipped with state-of-the-art Starpool technology.
Among the suite’s signature technologies is Zerobody Dry Float, an innovative dry-floatation system that offers a pleasant sensation of lightness and weightlessness without any direct contact with water. By combining warm water with a perceived absence of gravity, the experience induces deep relaxation, helping guests restore their balance, ease the tensions of everyday life and enjoy a moment of complete wellbeing in the heart of the city.
The suite is also home to Zerobody Cryo, an innovative cryotherapy experience that combines dry floatation with a gentle cold treatment. Thanks to a special membrane, the body stays perfectly dry while enjoying a pleasant feeling of freshness and lightness – ideal for aiding recovery after exercise, reducing jet lag and delivering an instant sense of rejuvenation.
Completing the longevity experience is Molecular Hydrogen, an innovative technology involving the controlled inhalation of high-purity hydrogen. Increasingly popular in advanced wellness programs, this treatment is valued for its potential to support physical and mental recovery, help manage oxidative stress and promote overall wellbeing.
Treatments and massages at the Tivoli Wellness Club use products by INSÌUM, a prestigious Italian premium skincare brand that brings together scientific research, advanced technology and clean, vegan formulations. Born in Northern Italy, INSÌUM develops advanced formulas with a high concentration of active ingredients, designed to support the skin’s defenses, balance and health. Also on the same floor is the hotel gym, featuring the latest Technogym equipment. To further enrich the wellness offering, guests can request tailored services such as a private personal trainer, yoga classes and the exclusive personal runner service, which accompanies guests on bespoke training routes taking in the city’s most iconic sights.
Beyond hotel guests, the Tivoli Wellness Club welcomes a limited number of external members through exclusive membership cards, offering access to the gym and wet area, together with the possibility to book treatments at the club. Non-resident guests may also experience the Tivoli Wellness Club by reserving individual treatments or Zerobody sessions directly via the hotel website or by contacting the property by telephone.
Located on the hotel’s first floor and overlooking Largo Augusto, with striking views of the Duomo, the new CityMilano by Natale Giunta restaurant brings to Milan the culinary vision of Sicilian chef and entrepreneur Natale Giunta.
At the helm of acclaimed venues such as CitySea Palermo and Oro Bistrot in Rome, Giunta brings a wealth of experience from the Italian restaurant scene. His cooking celebrates the quality of raw ingredients and the flavors of Mediterranean and Sicilian tradition through a contemporary approach. Alongside his own restaurants, he also curates events, collaborations and hospitality projects for private clients, companies, institutions and prestigious occasions.
The restaurant’s menu interprets contemporary cuisine through high-quality ingredients and carefully selected produce. From seafood crudo to premium cuts of meat, every dish tells the story of an encounter between Mediterranean culture and Sicilian tradition, reimagined with a modern touch. Completing the experience are a refined wine list and an elegant piano bar devoted to signature mixology. At weekends, the venue also becomes a lively evening destination, with live DJ sets every Friday and Saturday night.
A particular highlight is the restaurant’s first cocktail list, inspired by I Promessi Sposi (The Betrothed), which uses contemporary mixology to reinterpret the places, characters and atmosphere of Alessandro Manzoni’s celebrated masterpiece. An original tribute to Lombardy’s cultural heritage, translated into a sensory journey with a strong sense of identity.
The crowning jewel of Tivoli President Milano’s new offering is the Presidential Suite, an exclusive retreat spanning nearly 1,615 square feet, with sweeping views of the Duomo. Redefining luxury hospitality, it combines exceptional comfort, absolute privacy and personalized services designed to elevate every stay.
The suite features a spacious living area, a private kitchen, three bathrooms, a dedicated Technogym gym and an elegant wellness area with a private sauna. Its defining feature is direct access to the exclusive panoramic rooftop on the ninth floor, where guests can take in a unique perspective of the Duomo and the Milan skyline.
Designed for exclusive stays, private celebrations and special events, the Presidential Suite is also an ideal setting for press days, private cocktail receptions and corporate occasions, with complete discretion assured. During Milan’s recent fashion weeks, the suite has already played host to international personalities from the worlds of fashion, entertainment and media, confirming its place among the city’s most exclusive accommodation.
Over the festive season, the Presidential Suite will take center stage in an exclusive experiential project. From December 1, the suite and the rooftop will be completely transformed into the Tivoli Christmas Suite, an immersive setting inspired by the magic of Christmas, open both to hotel guests and to private and corporate events. Spectacular decorations, bespoke installations and a unique atmosphere will make the suite one of the season’s most enchanting destinations in the heart of Milan.
Completing the offering, the hotel has elegant meeting rooms, bathed in natural light and overlooking Largo Augusto. Versatile and discreet, these spaces are ideal for meetings and private events, these versatile and private spaces can accommodate up to 70 guests in a sophisticated setting in the heart of the city.
Originally built between 1961 and 1965 by renowned architects Luigi Figini and Gino Pollini, leading figures of 20th-century Italian Rationalism, Tivoli President Milano combines the bold architectural legacy of Italian Brutalism with a contemporary new design vision. The hotel features 239 rooms, including 60 bright and spacious suites, all reimagined under the direction of acclaimed interior designer Rodrigo Izquierdo, who brings a refined and sophisticated character to the property’s new identity.
With the launch of the Tivoli Wellness Club, the opening of CityMilano by Natale Giunta and the unveiling of the new Presidential Suite, Tivoli President Milano Hotel strengthens its identity as a lifestyle destination in the heart of the city: a place where hospitality, wellbeing, gastronomy and tailor-made experiences come together to shape a new idea of contemporary luxury, in the design district and just a short walk from the Duomo and the Quadrilatero della Moda, Milan’s famous fashion district.
