September 16, 2025 — In just its first year, Kupoli has secured its place on Finland’s cocktail map.

“Our guests are fascinated by the Nordic approach to cocktails. Nature is present in every drink, and the atmosphere is heightened by the dramatic light of the seasons — whether it’s the glow of the midnight ligth or the deep hush of winter darkness. It’s rewarding to surprise even Finnish guests by presenting familiar ingredients in new and unexpected ways,” Siitonen continues.

Alcohol-free creations are also a signature at Kupoli.

“Every cocktail on our menu is available as a mocktail, and the demand for alcohol-free options keeps rising. Whether you enjoy your drink with or without spirits, the experience is just as memorable — and it allows the whole group to share in it together,” says Siitonen, who is also a recognized pioneer of mocktail culture in Finland.

Kupoli is constantly evolving its offerings. Alongside new seasonal menus, the bar hosts cocktail schools for groups and companies led by top professionals. Looking ahead, Kupoli aims to strengthen its international reputation, showcasing Finnish craftsmanship, cocktail culture, and local ingredients to a global audience.

“We’ve already attracted international attention, and we want to continue raising the profile of Kupoli and the Finnish cocktail scene worldwide. Bar takeovers are part of the plan — like the one we recently hosted with the acclaimed Röda Huset in Stockholm,” Siitonen reveals.
