The luxury hotel celebrates the holiday with peony-themed experiences, infusing its scent into spa treatments and floral notes into cocktails, tasting menus, and tea tastings
Rome, April 7, 2025 – Easter is truly in bloom this year at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, where the delicate petals of peonies – ranging in hue from white to pink to deep ruby red – take center stage in the celebrations from April 14 to 23.
Peonies are a signature feature of Rome’s gardens and terraces, with the largest peony botanical center in Europe located just outside the city, home to over 250,000 plants from the East. Known as the “thornless rose,” the striking and sensual peony symbolizes harmony, making it the perfect embodiment of Anantara’s mission to create special moments of well-being and serenity for its guests. This theme of blooming also pays homage to Rome itself, a city currently experiencing a cultural and hospitality renaissance, further establishing its place on the international scene.
For Easter 2025, the peony theme extends to the hotel's special packages curated for Holy Week (each requiring a minimum one-night stay including April 20). Guests can choose from:
- A Romantic Easter in the Eternal City, featuring a 90-minute peony and tea-inspired couple’s spa ritual, an exclusive Easter lunch or dinner at INEO – Anantara’s fine dining restaurant led by Executive Chef Heros De Agostinis – and luxurious accommodation.

A Family Easter Getaway, complete with an indulgent brunch and a selection of unforgettable experiences to enjoy together amid Anantara luxury. This package includes a special Easter Treasure Hunt in the Orange Garden, as well as an Easter Sunday lunch or dinner at INEO, with a dedicated kids’ menu available upon request.
INEO will also present a bespoke Easter menu, featuring the season’s finest ingredients and signature dishes from Chef Heros de Agostinis. Expect a celebration of spring flavors, from fresh seasonal vegetables and amberjack to maccheroncini pasta and charcoal-grilled milk-fed lamb. Each dish is paired with exquisite wines, including, of course, the traditional pastiera dessert.
Even the cocktails will pay tribute to spring florals, including Clover & Friends – a special take on the classic Clover Club, crafted with Tanqueray 10 gin, geranium, raspberry, and citrus.
A highlight of the season will be the "Tea Moment," a new experience launching on April 17 and running throughout the year. Curated in collaboration with tea master and author Linda Reali, these sessions will explore the art of tea tasting and appreciation. The events will be enriched by the expertise of Studio Silice, a renowned artisan glass and design studio in Rome’s Monti district, which has been crafting unique glassware for over 20 years. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy rare and exquisite teas from the prestigious Jing Tea collection, expertly paired with sweet and savory delicacies by Executive Chef Heros de Agostinis and Pastry Chef Daniele De Santis.

Anantara Spa will also offer an exclusive Peony and Tea Ritual, available in two durations (90 minutes or two hours). The experience begins with a full-body exfoliation, followed by a rejuvenating three-tea body wrap, enhanced by time in the steam bath, and concludes with a Swedish aromatherapy massage.
